Dr. Dionne is a certified educator and DEI scholar who blends evidence-based research with empathy to help organizations navigate bias, conflict, and cultural complexity. With deep expertise in unconscious bias, cultural competency, adult education, and dispute resolution, she empowers leaders and teams to transform challenges into opportunities for growth. Rooted in a commitment to social justice, she believes education is the most powerful catalyst for lasting change.

Recognized for her innovative contributions to the DEI field, Dr. Dionne not only designs and facilitates transformative conversations, workshops, and courses, but also serves as a mentor and trusted advisor to CEOs, senior leaders, DEI and HR professionals, and employees navigating complex and challenging workplace situations.

Dr. Dionne holds a Ph.D. in Learning, Leadership and Organization Development from the University of Georgia, a Master of Arts in Administration and Interdisciplinary Studies in Adult Education with a focus on Equity and Social Justice from San Francisco State University, a Bachelor of Education and teaching certification from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto (OISE/UT), and a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from Rice University, where she competed as an NCAA Division I track and field scholarship athlete. She also earned a Certificate in Executive Education from Harvard Business School, further strengthening her expertise at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
